Threat Empty Threat

I have something on my computer that says I have 38 threats...
what do I do?
It costs money to remove the threats but I dont want my computer to bust.

Then your supposed to ask your parents for permission, type your vista card number in, and then restart. Its over.
All the threats are gone.
